Put somewhat popularly, the only limit to how tempeh can be included in delicious meals is one’s imagination. It tastes great on its own and is also very suitable for seasoning and marinating, which means that it can be included in all contexts - that is, regardless of whether you fancy Asian, French, Indian or Mexican. It can be fried, grilled, boiled, baked, etc. It doesn't taste like meat (nor is it meant to), but in fact it can be used in much the same way.

 

We hope that everyone will come to know Nordic Tempeh as a delicious source of all natural plant based protein and that it will find use in a wide culinary context - not only as a substitute for meat, but also in many other delicious and imaginative ways!
